Greetings Oasis Glampers. The standard price for general registration & VIP is set. The price will increase one more time, which will be announced as we get closer. Please take advantage of the nominal price as it is set now. A 2.9% transaction fee will be added to all orders. All tent registrations include 4 wristbands for the three days of Summer Oasis Music Festival. Wristbands & day/weekend passes will be issued upon check in at festival gate. Please bring printed confirmation of your registration. Everyone is responsible for bringing their own tent & all they need to have a great experience. Once registration opens, Regular registration is $350.00. VIP registration is $500.00 and includes a Glamorous VIP dinner on Friday night and a AWESOME Swag Bag sponsored by Hennessy/Belvedere. Those buying day or weekend passes can purchase them at the festival gate or on this site as well. Only Glampers in tents are welcome to bring accommodating items on the camp grounds such as barbecue grills, coolers, fire pits, tiki lamps, etc.
Day Passes are - $45.00 per day and $120.00 for weekend passes. only blankets, chairs, umbrellas, throw pillows, coolers & small hibachi grills are allowed. No pop up tents of any kind will be allowed. 2.9% transaction fee will be added to all registrations. Tent registration Glampers; We have been very lose on enforcing people setting up within the space that they’ve paid for via registration. Because our festival family is growing, we no longer can afford to do that. WE MUST maximize the limited space we have to its fullest potential to cover cost. Everyone is allotted a 20 x 20 space for their tent setup, If your cooking area/sitting area does not fit within that space & you need more, that will have to be paid for. Last year we had a VIP registration who came on a Sat and had no space to set up in the vip row because some took up multiple spaces with their set up & only paid for one. He had to set up somewhere else. That can not happen again. So everyone must organize their setup to fit within the allotted space. If more is needed, simply pay for it. We can no longer just give space away for free as our expenses have gone up. Its only fair to the other Glampers & only fair to the festival. The price points for extra space for cooking/sitting areas will not be as much as a regular registration of course. Anyone needing extra will need to contact SOMF to discuss. Based on how much is needed will determine cost. To our first time Glampers, WELCOME. There are a few rules of engagement you will need to be aware of.
#1. Everyone’s tent is their home for the weekend. RESPECT THEIR HOUSE. Do not go into anyone’s tent without their permission. Do not go into someone’s cooking area without their permission. If anyone is reported doing this in any manner, they will be removed immediately without refund.
#2. Even though its now legal, all adult indulgences should be indulged in discreetly. Everyone may not indulge in the same thing so all MUST be respectful. Our festival is truly a community so everyone must respect their neighbor as such. Using harsh & extreme profanity, playing loud music before & after festival starts & ends. You’ll be able to play music at your tent but do it in a tempered manner that its not disturbing others.
#3. We have been able to cultivate, grow & maintain a close nit, grown & sexy vibe within our community of Glampers by holding true to these standards. Standards that we will not compromise on. We want everyone to have a great time with us, and these standards ensures just that.

All purchases are final, however a name change can be made, a $10 fee will be charged. All changes must be made NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2019
